Add a forum filter to the Trending Content widget - Add a forum filter to the Trending Content widget

• Adds the ability to exclude forums from the Trending Content widget.
• Content will not be updated immediately as XF has a hardcoded 15 minute trigger time
• To manually update use the CLI command php cmd.php xf:run-jobs or https://yourforum.com/run-jobs
